Commissioning Qualification Engineer
Location: Hanover, Germany
Length: 1 year
Reporting to: Lead C&Q Engineer
Responsibilities:
The C&Q Engineer will be reporting to the Lead C&Q Engineer on site and shall be responsible for the following project related activities:
* Preparation and execution of documents associated with lifecycle of C&Q activities for an API facility (Risk Assessment, DQ/IQ/OQ).
* Preparation and execution of Design Qualification documents
* Participation in factory acceptance tests
* Installation verification execution
* System start-up activities and functional testing of systems working with automation group.
* Installation qualification execution
* Operational qualification execution
* Change management activities during project lifecycle
Key Competencies: (Education, Training, Skills, Experience):
* A degree in science or engineering or equivalent or a certificate/diploma in similar areas with appropriate industrial experience
* Minimum of 5 years' experience of C&Q activities in a large project environment within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
* Hands on expertise required in one or more of the following areas: clean utilities, filtration equipment, CIP, HVAC
* Hands on experience of control systems that support equipment systems.
* Experience using the ISPE baseline guides
* Self-starter and good team player
* Good oral and written communication skills
* German speaking is a must
