They are currently recruiting for the position of Measurement and Metering Team Leader, based in Baku Azerbaijan

Main responsibilities will include:
Create and manage regional metering and measurement annual and multi-year plan and budget, provide input to the regional and global strategy.
Be accountable for advising external agencies, commercial and Joint Ventures on company measurement activities.
Lead the measurement and metering team in delivering specialised discipline engineering and consultancy to the region.
Manage all Measurement Systems associated with company operating pipelines.
Carry out new Entry Co-ordination for measurement systems into company pipelines.
Lead measurement compliance audits and Dispensation Activities.
Support delivery of planned maintenance and metering related development activities.
Assure measurement accuracy, reliability thus yielding incremental revenue and production.
Assure Measurement and Allocation systems operated by both Company and Partners.
Handle hiring and succession planning for Team.
Education
Essential
Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience
Experience
Essential
Significant experience in an Operations/Engineering lead role.
Significant experience in a strategic reliability and maintenance role.
Extensive experience in measurement and metering systems.
Fluent in English Language.
Desirable
Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
Practical knowledge of Plant Operations
Team leader experience
Practical experience in the assessment and implementation of performance management improvement program
Sound experience of managing delivery of the vendor contracts
