They are currently recruiting for the position of Mechanical Planner, based in Pernis, Netherlands.
Job Description
Translating problem descriptions in scope, planning and a work package for the implementation phase. Ensure correct, in time and complete maintenance and modifications preparations are made.
Complete and introduce work packages
Ensure all QUENSH (Quality, Environment, Safety, Health) demands are fulfilled
Solve conflicts in the implementation on location, to meet the production demands
Support regularly meetings with contractors, suppliers and the engineering/plant change team
Keep SAP accurate and up to date with all developments
Maintaining an excellent safety record, to constantly stimulate improvements on this matter.
Ensure the job leaders, suppliers and contractors possess the necessary demanded work permissions
Draught and agree an integrated plan with all disciplines involved, operations and contractors.
Real cost estimations (10% budgets) according applicable contracts
Ask for and judge of tenders and contract calculations according outsourcing guidelines
Prepare and improve task lists for corrective and pro-active maintenance
Specify and take care of timely delivery of all needed materials/spare parts and resources
Taking care of administrative tasks around the work preparation process
Communicate with (internal) clients and to execute cost-control
Skills & Experience
Secondary engineering degree (MTS) in Mechanical engineering, in combination with organizational and business qualities
Previous experience in work preparation
Knowledge of products, raw materials, material certificates and safety procedures
Familiar with maintenance Execution and outsourcing processes
Proven experience in managing people
Organisational skills
Service minded and communicative strong
Team player
This is a contract position.
The rate for this position is negotiable.
