Job Description
Manage roving gang Supervisors, Technicians and Contractors on site execution of maintenance, inspection and upgrading activities for critical Rotating Machinery to minimize facilities downtime and sustain high equipment availability, reliability & integrity with compliance to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements
Drive troubleshooting, recovery and repair activities at site to ensure quick recovery of critical rotating equipment downtime and eliminate problem recurrences which have great impact on facilities/equipment availability and overall company business objectives
Develop systematic work planning & resource optimization strategies such as manpower, spare parts and tools without jeopardizing work quality & asset integrity to warrant completion of essential maintenance activities within available resources.
Drive site implementation of company Maintenance Management System (MMS) on Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance (REM) and Predictive Maintenance (PRM) with focus on timeliness and quality to guarantee world class maintenance practices are being implemented at operational levels.
Provide sound technical recommendations for decision making from observations and findings at site as per latest version of applicable codes, standards and specifications from company and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to sustain high standards of maintenance execution work.
Generate and propel implementation of strategic improvement initiatives or projects for enhancement on work processes and productivity to support business growth strategies towards achieving departmental missions and visions.
Drive implementation of relevant latest technology, new approach and implementation of best practices to continuously improve Rotating Machinery maintenance effectiveness and inculcate knowledge sharing culture among subordinates and colleagues to ensure business sustainability & relevancy in the market.
Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers to keep abreast with latest development to capture new business opportunities.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor degree holder in Engineering (equivalent or higher)
Significant working experience in oil & gas industry
Considerable cumulative experience in Rotating Machinery operations & maintenance
Preferably with hands-on experience on major Rotating Machinery maintenance and troubleshooting activities
This is a permanent position.
The salary for this position is negotiable.
