Job Description

My client is offering an exciting opportunity to join a leading independent energy company whose operations spread across acquisition, exploration, development, and production of crude oil, natural gas and liquids in onshore North America. They are currently looking for a Reservoir Engineer to join the multi-disciplinary Eagle Ford Asset Team in South Texas.

You will be working on a broad scope of assignments with a wide range of technical difficulties, coordinating efficient exploitation of reserves and project execution in assigned areas. Communicating on a cross functional (multi-disciplinary) team assigned to an operated project.

Key duties:
*Monitor and track well, field and reservoir performance
*Conduct reservoir and optimization studies
*Offset operator data mining and well performance evaluation
*Responsible for reserve assessment and management
*Project the field wide performance modelling, evaluation, and recommendations
*Coordinate regular, technical communication with cross functional team, project teams, and management

Job requirements:
*B.S degree in Petroleum
*5 years+ experience of Petroleum Engineering
*Good knowledge of economic evaluation software
*Onshore unconventional experience
*Familiar with core analysis and petro-physical evaluation
*Proven working knowledge of engineering principles, theories and techniques
