New real estate projects go on show in Cityscape Global 2016 happening at the World Trade Centre in Dubai from 6th September as developers aim to tap into the Expo 2020 effect.
The annual property showcase, now in its 15th year, brings together more than 300 exhibitors from over 30 countries this year. Dubai’s largest developers have previously announced their latest projects that they will be launching, showcasing at Cityscape Global 2016 beginning 6th to 8th September at the World Trade Center.
Emaar Properties
Project Name – Emaar South
Emaar Properties announced a joint venture with Dubai South to create as many as 15,000 homes in Emaar South. Ideally positioned at the crossroad of Dubai and Abu Dhabi and mere minutes away from Expo 2020, Emaar South will put you at the heart of landmark global events.
Additionally, Emaar has also unveiled The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour.
Other projects being show cased are Dubai Creek Harbour, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills Estate and Arabian Ranches, in addition to their international projects in Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Artar Real Estate Development
Project Name – Mada Residences
A prominent name in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ARTAR is the real estate development arm of Abdul Rahman Saad Al-Rashid & Sons Co. ARTAR presents its flagship project in Downtown, Dubai taking the concept of Livability to actual living breathing spaces. Mada Residences are a selection of 1, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments. Project Name – Palm 360
Nakheel has unveiled Palm 360 – an iconic, twin-tower hotel and residential project on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah featuring 12,000 square foot branded penthouses. The Palm 360, a twin-tower hotel and residential project with penthouses and apartments for sale located on the Palm’s western crescent is expected to touch a height of 220 metres, should be delivered in mid-2020.
Project Name – Ibn Battuta Residences
Nakheel unveiled Ibn Battuta Residences, a new, a twin-tower complex with 531 luxury apartments, to be built next to Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai. The project, will transform the skyline of Jebel Ali with two 48-floor buildings anticipated for delivery in fourth quarter of 2019. Located just off Sheikh Zayed Road, the residences will be adjacent to Nakheel’s Ibn Battuta Mall, providing on-the-doorstep access to more than 400 shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities. The towers will also be within walking distance of the Dubai Metro, Ibn Battuta Bus Station and Jebel Ali park.
Offering sea and city views, Ibn Battuta Residences will comprise 395 two bedroom and 136 three bedroom apartments, some with balconies and a maid’s room. There will also be a podium-level health and recreation complex featuring a landscaped pool deck complete with pools for adults and children, and a gym, as well as four levels of car parking with 900 spaces.

Project Name – XV Villas

Project Name – Case Dora

The infrastructure will be developed and funding by Dubai Holding, while the buildings will be funded and developed by Dubai Holding and a series of joint venture partners. With Dubai Holding owning the land the most likely and obvious structure of these joint ventures is Dubai Holding providing the land and the partner providing the capital to build the project.

Project Name – Vincitore Palacio
The developer has announced their flagship project – Vincitore Palacio, a branded residential development spread over 200,000 square feet of prime land at Arjan district in Dubailand.
After great success of 90% of units getting sold out of phase one, Vincitore will unveil an exclusive payment plan for investors which will guarantee 8 per cent rental income with option of finance facility for UAE residents and non-resident clients.
Vincitore Palacio is G+4 storey development being built in a European architectural style to be completed by May 2017. Dutch developer New Living on Water (NLW)
NLW presents the organic-shaped residences. The deluxe, organic shaped residence consists of several floors (access by lifts and stairs) and is linked to the land with a car-jetty. The floating homes were first launched in 2014 and expect completion in 2017. Price varies but the Dubai model, which is 16,000 sq ft of internal space and 520 sq ft outdoors will cost around AED 40m to buy. The home has four bedrooms, entertainment, fitness and a garage all included.
