Terry Baltes is a commercial real estate agent in Dayton, Ohio. He founded Baltes Commercial Realty in 1977 and has gone on to sell about $4 billion worth of real estate property. He is a member of the Dayton Apartment Association, a member of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors, and a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors. He graduated from Ohio State University in 1972 where he triple majored in real estate, finance, and marketing.
