Dilana Robichaux is the stunning songwriter and singer who was featured on a reality television show in the United States called Rock Star: Supernova, and she was the lead singer for L.A. Guns back in 2011. Since her birth in South Africa in 1972, this talented woman has been using music as her escape from the hardships of life. Recently, in 2013, she released a new album titled Beautiful Monster, which is a follow-up to her previous releases, which were titled Wonderfool and Inside Out.

The Significance of Dilana’s Tattoos
Dilana Robichaux has admitted that she absolutely loves tattoos. In fact, she sees her skin as a sort of scrapbook that she can cover in a variety of different tattoo designs, and each design will represent her and her unique life experiences in some way. In other words, she views her tattoos as a collection of all of the special moments and events that have happened to her along the way, and they serve as a reminder of those great times.
Dilana’s First Tattoo
Dilana’s first tattoo is of a Celtic image that symbolises life. The design seems to have no beginning or end.
18 Arm Tattoos
In total, Dilana has about 18 tattoos on her arms. They make two full sleeves that run the entire length of both arms, starting at the shoulders and running all the way down to the wrists, covering both the outside and inside portions of both arms. The ink is highly intricate, with black and grey designs combined with colourful images. There are plenty of circular designs and swirls in order to ensure that everything flows well together, and it really is hard to make out individual designs within the sleeves.
One of the tattoos that she has pointed out in interviews is the one on her left arm that pays tribute to her sisters in the town of Langebaan, where they made music and had a great time laughing together. To commemorate the experience, she has “LaLa Sisterhood” tattooed in script.
Tattoos You Don’t See
Dilana also has a lot more tattoos on other parts of her body, but because of their strategic placement, fans do not usually get to see them. She has two more tattoos on her chest, as well as an additional eight images on her back. On top of all of that, she has a tattoo on her hip, another on her leg, and one on her temple. And she also has knuckle tattoos and three hand tattoos.
The one tattoo that really stands out in terms of meaning for Dilana is the one found on her spine. The image is the Kanji symbol for “survivor,” and she got it after she was involved in a terrible crash on her Harley motorcycle.
