**Duties & Responsibilities**
PROJECT RELATED COMPETENCIES
Project Management
* Creates and executes project work plans and procedures. Revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* Identifies resources needed and informs operations manager.
* Manages day-to-day aspects of a project and scope.
* Coordinates preparation and reviews deliverables prepared by team.
* Effectively applies company methodology and enforces project standards.
* Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
* Minimizes company exposure and risk on project.
* Ensures project documents are complete, current and stroed appropriately.
Project Accounting
* Manages project budget
* Tracks and reports project hours, expenses and revenues on daily basis
* Ensures timely and accurate invoicing and monitors receivables for project
* Follows up with clients, when necesaary, regarding unpaid invoices

*Education and/or Experience*
College degree or equivalent and minimum five (5) years of experience as Sr. Party Chief in the Marine Construction surveying field.
**Additional Information**
Employment will be based out of our Houston, TX location, however this position is to facilitate the Mexico region and will require frequent travel. Applicant must be fluent in both english and spanish.
