**Duties & Responsibilities**
The Level II NDE Technician performs Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrant, and other Non Destructive Examination (NDE) industrial inspection methods.
Assist in the development and implementation of Non Destructive Examination (NDE) applications. Set up and calibrate equipment. Conduct tests using the proper NDE methods and techniques. Review, evaluate, and document results. Direct the work of trainees and Level I personnel. Write procedures, which must be approved by a Level III technician. Adhere to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and safety policies.
**Qualifications**
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must have minimum one year directly related experience. ANST Certification, or other recognized industry training, is preferred. Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) is a plus.
