Exclusive News on Carol's Downtown: Set to open in late June, Carol's Cucina & Vino in Downtown Miami will feature Brazilian fusion cuisine crafted by executive chef Gerardo Reyes, formally of the SLS Miami Beach. Carolina Moura, the restaurant's partner and namesake, plans to serve small plates like cod fitters and veal shank with creamy polenta in an "intimate atmosphere."
