Join us in an artist talk by award winning photographer Chloe Dewe Mathews on 18 February at the UCA Farnham site. Students who visited the “Conflicts, Time, Photography” will remember her outstanding work “Shot at Dawn”.

Chloe is an award-winning photographer based in London. After studying fine art at Camberwell College of Arts and the University of Oxford, she worked in the feature film industry before dedicating herself to photography. Her work is internationally recognised, exhibiting at Tate Modern, Irish Museum of Modern Art and Museum Folkwang, as well as being published in the Guardian, Sunday Times and Le Monde. Her first monograph ‘Shot at Dawn’ was published by Ivorypress in 2014 and in the same year she became the Robert Gardner Fellow in Photography at the Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology, Harvard University.

Whilst this is an OCA event it will also be open to UCA students, so early booking is encouraged, it will start at 5:00pm. There will be a video of the talk, which will be made available for those not able to attend.
