GALLEGOS, ROBERT &Quot;DAVID&Quot; Age 46, beloved father, son and brother, was embraced by the Lord and taken to his heaven home, Tuesday, October 15, 2013. He was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, NM; a member of St. Therese Catholic Church. David was a 1985 graduate of Valley High School, he loved cooking, grilling for his sons and family and enjoyed fishing and going to the horse races. His favorite past time was watching NASCAR, the Oklahoma Sooners and the Miami Dolphins. David was very proud of his sons who he loved so very much. David is survived by his wonderful sons, Robert David Jr. and Thomas James Gallegos; his loving parents, Antonio and Susan Gallegos; his siblings, Rick Gallegos, Kathy Moya and husband Johnny, Ray Gallegos and wife Marcella, and Michael Gallegos; nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. David will be greatly missed by his loving family and by those whose hearts he touched. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at St. Therese Church, 3424 4th Street in Albuquerque, where a rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, October 18, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. also at the Church. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Casket Bearers will be Kurt Encinas, David Gallegos, Steve Herrera, Kurt Lucero, Johnny Moya, Jr. and John Trujillo. Honorary Bearers will be Diego Gallegos, Marcos Gallegos and Antonio Moya.
