Oasis Outsourcing Commemorating Veterans Day With Commitment To Guard And Reserve Members

West Palm Beach, FL – November 10, 2016 – This Veterans Day, Oasis Outsourcing, one of the nation’s premier Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), is announcing a commitment to its employees who are members of the Guard and Reserve.

Through Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a Department of Defense program established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers, Oasis is signing a Statement of Support for employee Guard and Reserve members.

In the statement, Oasis promises to comply with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, provide its managers and supervisors with the tools to manage employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve, and make a general commitment to supporting members of the Guard and Reserve.

This program is spearheaded by Oasis Outsourcing’s Chief Operating Officer Kelley Castell, who served on active duty in the U.S. Navy and continues to serve in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
