Steven Pasquale will reunite with previously announced star Kelli O’Hara in the roles they created in the Williamstown Theatre Festival production of the new musical Far From Heaven, opening on June 2 at Playwrights Horizons. Directed by Tony nominee Michael Greif, the show begins previews on May 8 and will run through June 30.

Joining Pasquale and O’Hara will be J.B. Adams, Quincy Tyler Bernstine and Mary Stout (all of whom appeared in the WTF festival production), as well as Marinda Anderson, Nancy Anderson, Elainey Bass, Justin Scott Brown, Alma Cuervo, Korey Jackson, Isaiah Johnson, Jake Lucas, James Moye, Julianna Rigoglioso, Sarah Jane Shanks, Tess Soltau and Victor Wallace.

Based on the 2002 film starring Julianne Moore and Dennis Quaid, Far From Heaven tells the story of a 1950’s housewife (O’Hara) whose seemingly perfect suburban life begins to fall apart when she catches her husband in an illicit act.

Far From Heaven features music by Tony nominee Scott Frankel, lyrics by Tony nominee Michael Korie and a book by Tony winner Richard Greenberg. The show will be boast scenic design by Allen Moyer, costumes by Catherine Zuber, lighting by Kenneth Posner, sound by Nevin Steinberg ...
