November 14, 2015 at MADISON COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY ONEIDA, NEW YORK in Oneida.

Join us for our next Heritage Handicraft Theorem Painting Workshop from 9:30 am- 12:00 pm on Saturday, November 14. Theorem Painting is an early American decorative technique that dates back to the early 19th century. It was quite a popular activity for women of all ages. The creative design is achieved through the use of cut stencils that have been carefully positioned.

Pamela Vogan Lynch, volunteer and Heritage Handicraft instructor at the Madison County Historical Society, will guide participants on their creative journey. Mrs. Lynch is a professional artist and retired Director of Art for the Oneida City School District with 35 years of experience in art education. Reservations are required by November 6 as space is limited. The workshop is $14 for members and $16 for nonmembers. Refreshments will be served. For more information and to register for the workshop, please contact MCHS at 315-363-4136, 315-361-9735, or via email- history@mchs1900.org. Refreshments will be provided.
