A Pear of Beets Smoothie  recipe thanks to Green Blender!

Time to kick off the weekend with a sweet and savory Green Blender smoothie packed with power! This delicious powerhouse, rich in protein and antioxidants, packs a punch of energy, that’s great to refuel to start your day, before or after a workout, or any other time you need a yummy kickstart. It’s one of my faves and I def think it’s one you should try. Let me know what you all think. Simple ingredients below!

A Pear of Beets Smoothie:

1 cup beets – scrubbed, chopped

1 pear – chopped

1/2 inch ginger

2 tbsp almonds

1 tbsp hemp seed

1 cup water

1 cup ice
