After you take about 20 minutes to eat a spoonful of the mixture with oats and honey. Then within a day you can eat it when you feel hungry, but not more than 2 tablespoons and no more than 6 for the day.

As this appears to strict diet, it is particularly difficult to implement. Honey and oatmeal sate, and even respect it required only four days.
