(Buena Vista, CO)— Wilderness Aware Rafting, a company that offers a variety of white water rafting trips suitable for all skill levels, has recently announced that they will be hosting a 3-day yoga retreat. The trip is being presented in conjunction with yoga instructor Ann Mullins Bulka and will feature yoga and rafting on the Arkansas River. The trip departs on July 28th, 2016 at 9:00 A.M. Additional details are available at the Wilderness Aware website.

Joe Greiner, a spokesperson for Wilderness Aware Rafting, commented “We are beyond excited for the launch of our premier summer trip, Going with the Flow: A Yoga Retreat on the Arkansas River. We’re joining forces with our amazing friend and yoga instructor Ann Mullins Bulka for this 3-day yoga and rafting retreat. While the beautiful, natural surroundings will offer participants rejuvenation and solitude, they’ll also get to have their fair share of adventure and community as well. It truly is the trip of a lifetime that has something for anyone and everyone who wants to join us.”

This 68-mile Arkansas River Rafting trip covers three sections of the Arkansas River’s best whitewater and begins in the fast-moving currents of the Narrows. On day two, participants will take in the spectacular scenery of Browns Canyon National Monument. Day three will include Upper Bighorn Sheep Canyon’s milder rapids. There will be an experienced guide assigned to each raft. Meals are included from lunch on day 1 through lunch on day 3 with a complimentary continental breakfast each morning.

As Greiner goes on to say, “Ann Mullins Bulka will be providing safe, alignment-based yoga sessions for people of all skill levels. This trip truly is for anyone looking for something exciting yet relaxing that will allow them to get away from the stresses of life and experience the beauty and the thrill of nature.”
