Over 600 parents from Serbia had a great opportunity to learn about child development approach practiced by IAHP.

On Sunday, February 22nd, in Belgrade, Douglas Doman, vice director of the Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential, together with Spencer Doman, a staff member of IAHP, held two lectures for the parents of well babies, and for fathers and mothers of special needs children.

The experts on the child brain development talked about the unique methods of treatment developed at the Institutes, they gave some practical information and tips, and answered to parents’ questions during a Q&A session.

It was a wonderful opportunity for more than 600 parents to learn firsthand about the child development approach practiced by the Institutes.

One of the things we remembered was related to the importance of reading for children. More info about this topic you can find on the following web page:

Douglas Doman also explained why running was important for child development:

There were many other interesting things to hear. We wrote down most of them. Hope others did the same thing.
