Wondering what to make for breakfast?

(Simple and Fast Real Food Breakfasts)

If you’re in a breakfast rut, you’re not alone.  This week Nourished Kitchen received several emails from readers who were struggling with making simple, and delicious real food breakfasts.  I’ve picked some of my family’s favorites and posted them below, but you can always check out this list of breakfast recipes.
