RETURNS
We hope you will love your new things but if you don’t, you are welcome to return your items free of charge. Here’s how to do it:
By Post: Please email contactus@nougatlondon.co.uk with your order details and reason for returning the items. We will reply with your returns number. Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method.
International Returns: Please note, if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.
