This summer Camp Learn & Play was a huge hit with my readers. I know many of you will be home for winter break with kids that may be getting a little antsy or a little too much screen time. I have a fix for that. I have a week of activities all planned out for you. This easy winter break camp at home is as flexible as it is fun. You can do all the activities in one day if that’s what works for you or spread them out, my goal is to have ideas ready for you to use when you need them. The target age is preschool through first grade, though with some adjustments younger and older kids would be happy to join in.

Winter break times and duration vary so I am only doing one week of activities – you can just choose to do them when you want! Explore and learn at your own pace.

The theme is SNOW & ICE!

If your kids are home from school for two weeks like mine are you can print out our Winter Break Bucket List as a guide and inspiration for some activities. It says it’s for preschoolers, but my kids used it last year, and they were 5 and 9!  Print it here.

Don’t forget to read this article about how to get your kids to keep reading over winter break. It’s important advice about how to keep it fun and not get out of routine while school is out.
