Critically acclaimed Sheffield artist Pete McKee is bringing his hugely successful ‘Thud, Crackle, Pop‘ exhibition to Kosmonaut as one of only three stops on his Northern tour this November.
‘Thud, Crackle, Pop‘ is a collection of new works by McKee, inspired by the love and culture surrounding vinyl records.
Pete has previously collaborated and created artwork for the likes of Noel Gallagher, Oasis and Arctic Monkeys.
The basement of Kosmonaut will be transformed into a record shop with original pieces, LP prints and special one-off editions added to the mix, giving visitors to Kosmonaut a unique opportunity to see the work. Visitors to the exhibition will be able to browse the art as they would ‘digging’ through the racks of their favourite record store.
