Dr.Frank is an expert of Chinese medicine who has been practicing holistic Medicine for over 31 years.
He is a Licensed Acupuncturist in Both NY & NJ States.
He has found the Miracle Acupuncture NYC clinic in 1993 in Bayside, NY.
He graduated from GuangXi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) And obtained his MD in TCM in 1984. He also has been trained in Rehabilitation Medicine (physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy) at National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities (JAPAN) and obtained his MD. Ph.D. in Neurology from Tokyo Medical and Dental University.
He was the director of Acupuncture Dept. in China and Senior Research Fellow in the field of Herb and Acupuncture at Harvard Medical School. He is Board Member of United Alliance of NYS Licensed Acupuncturists, Vice Chairman of the World Manipulative Medical Association and professor of New York College of Health Professions.
His special knowledge and techniques include Acupuncture (Scalp Acupuncture, auriculotherapy (Ear Acupuncture), Eye Acupuncture, Tongue Acupuncture, Facial Acupuncture, Hand Acupuncture, abdominal acupuncture, Electroacupuncture, Dermal Needle Acupuncture, Intradermal needle acupuncture, and Japanese Acupuncture); Moxibustion (Moxa corn, Moxa Stick, Rice Grain Moxa, moxa box, ginger moxibustion, garlic moxibustion); Herbal Medicine; Functional medicine; Cupping (stationary cupping and sliding cupping, Fire cupping, Dry cupping, Wet cupping, Bamboo cupping); Gua sha; Bloodletting; Taiji-quan; Qigong (Reiqi); Asian BodyWork therapy (traditional Massage); Chinese Dietary Therapy, Foot reflexology and rehabilitation medicine PT and OT).
