Goji Tomato Soup

Makes 1.5 quarts

3 cups hot water

6 tomatoes

½ avocado

1/3 cup goji berries (soaked)

¼ red onion

1½ tablespoon miso

2 cloves garlic

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy!
