I had the great pleasure of meeting Keith Fitzpatrick when I took Yann Giguère’s Japanese woodworking class last summer. Keith is the principal behind Hillside Woodworks, a contracting company and custom woodworking shop. He is featured in this video from the Delaware Highlands Conservancy’s Shop Local Save Land inititative, which has a terrific message about the value of connecting with local people and businesses for the benefit of your community.
At the start of this video, Keith is seen sawing a tenon for a cherry end table using a Japanese saw, as all right-thinking people would do.
