BPM Festival is gearing up for their 10th Anniversary on Jan. 6-15th, 2017 in Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, Mexico. They’ve just announced their Phase 1 lineup with over 100 artists participating to celebrate the big occasion.

The annual festival is a ten day and night electronic festival, founded by Craig Pettigrew and Philip Pulitano. While the music world is known for BPM standing for “Beats Per Minute,” the creators reinvented the meaning of the abbreviation for “Bartenders, Promoters, Musician,” and the event was created post-New Year’s gathers of industry professionals and has grown to a 70,000+ global gathers of DJs, producers, revelers and industry professionals; a must for any music lover with a discerning taste for quality underground dance music.

BPM parties are hosted both day and night at multiple venues in Playa Del Carmen–a town that offers a variety of luxurious and affordable boutique hotels and condos, and endless options for dining and tourism.

Featuring familiar faces from its first gathering in 2008, to new and recent names welcomed into the BPM familia, The BPM Festival 2017 will see living legends and underground icons like Art Department, Carl Cox, Dubfire, Jamie Jones, John Digweed, Lee Burridge, Marco Carola, Nicole Moudaber, Seth Troxler, Solomun, and The Martinez Brothers and hotly tipped artists like Hector, Lauren Lane, Richy Ahmed, wAFF and hundreds more, come together on the beaches and clubs of Playa Del Carmen as they showcase the very best in underground electric music.

With the Phase 1 lineup joining ten recently announced showcases for a total of twenty so far with many more to come, the excitement continues to build for The BPM Festival 2017. Joining the grand celebration this January, Romanian label [a:rpia:r] makes its long anticipated BPM debut, longtime BPM favorite Lee Burridge with All Day I Dream, Ibiza underground mainstay ANTS, French supergroup Apollonia with a very special extended set at Apollonia All Day Long, Solomun’s return with Diynamic in the Jungle, Spanish party starters elrow, Gorgon City and their new project Kingdom, Sian’s take on classic modern techno with Octopus Recordings, Chus & Ceballos’ Iberican Stereo Productions, Mixmag cover star Christian Smith together with Boris for Tronic vs. Transmit, and Mexico’s favorite son Hector with his Vatos Locos party.

The BPM Festival 3-day opening weekend (Jan. 6-8, 2017), 3-day closing weekend (Jan. 13-15, 2017), 7-day (January 9-15, 2017) and 10-day festival passes are on sale now exclusively here. Payment plans are available to US residents for 7-day and 10-day passes. Festival pass perks include entry to all BPM events during the respective date range, line bypass, guaranteed entry (subject to venue’s legal capacity), and discounts at over 125 local stores and restaurants.
