At the IFA 2013, we saw quite a lot of new smartphones, cameras, laptops, tablets and desktops getting announced. We covered the new Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Sony Xperia Z1, Galaxy Gear and the Levono Yoga 2 Pro from IFA. IFA has showcased some of the world’s most amazing technological advances and this time it has been almost the same experience with tons of new laptops, ultrabooks and desktops running Windows 8.1 in various form factors.
Now that Windows 8.1 has been RTMed, almost all of the PC manufacturers showcased their latest offering running the latest Windows OS. Acer showcased their Aspire R7 which comes a unique Ezel Hinge and has a 15.6 inch screen. The Yoga 2 Pro is another stunning ultrabook which is an upgrade from existing Yoga and features a QHD+ super-high- resolution 10-finger touchscreen display.
There are also few tablets and one of the exciting one is Toshiba Encore which is an 8 inch tablet and one of the lowest priced Windows 8.1 tablet. If you are wondering the list of all Windows 8 devices released at IFA, then Microsoft has released a slideshow which showcases all the devices released (Windows 8) at IFA 2013.

Acer Aspire R7
The award-winning Aspire R7 is a unique 15.6-inch laptop from Acer that is designed for touch and type and comes with a unique Ezel Hinge. This hinge allows you to move its HD display forward and into four different modes: Ezel Mode, Notebook Mode, Display Mode and Pad Mode. With Ezel Mode, you can have the display float over the keyboard at various angles. At IFA 2013, Acer announced that the Aspire R7 will come with Windows 8.1 later this year and the new 4th Generation (Haswell) Intel Core processors. New models in the series are now available with a 10-point multitouch display to tap and swipe away through the Web, apps, photos and more. The updated notebook line is now available in a wide selection of colors: the 14-inch model comes in elegant Misty Silver, Piano Black and Keyboard White while the 15.6-inch comes in Clarinet Black, Cherry Red and Steel Grey. The chicklet keyboard provides comfortable typing, while the compact design makes these notebooks perfect to be carried wherever you go.
ASUS Zenbook UX301 and UX302
ASUS Zenbook UX301 and UX302 are two new flagship ultrabooks with a beautiful sleek design and a lid protected by scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 3 with Native Damage Resistance.
