I realised today that the forum is missing activity when you're not logged in.
For one, there's no online member list which is just plain ludicrous. If people can't see how active a site is, they probably won't join it! Also, certain sub-forums, like Site Feedback, shows a high thread count but when you click on it, it shows nothing. Almost like no one posts feedback even thought we always do. A site accepting open feedback is a positive, attractive community attribute (if that's the right word) that we shouldn't be hiding.
There's probably more hidden stuff but the point is that I don't see any reason why these things should be hidden to non-members. If we show them more and they ever feel like contributing, they'll have more reason to register. Show them some trust, give them a chance. :embarrassed:
