If you’re LBJ-comrade Brandon Weems, you preview a heretofore-unseen colorway of LeBron’s footwear, the Nike LeBron 11 Watch the Throne edition.
Another take on the “Watch the Throne” design motif that, inspired by the Jay-Z/Kanye West album of the same name, was debuted on the LeBron IX, the shoe sets multicolored prints on the inner-lining and laces against a striking black upper. A gold Swoosh adds a bit more contrast, while an icy blue outsole completes the aesthetic.
Alas, there’s not much precedent to suggest these will actually make it to retail, but you can still enjoy a full shot below. We’ll pass along updates if anything changes or, more likely, if a sample pair turns up on eBay.
