Positions: Management Trainee Program
The Reckitt Benckiser Nigeria Management Trainee Program is for fresh graduates, with the aim of developing them in the fields of Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain functions.
The program extends over a period of one year. The graduates will be rotated in various technical job functions. The assignments are the real responsibility and real results, while creating an environment where Graduates develop through practical learning and coaching executives. Selected graduates will initially be based at our office / factory site in Lagos and Agbara.
The program is designed to develop future leaders from entry level positions and moving them to senior management within 10 to 12 years. It supports our aim to grow a large part of the senior management of the future within the company. It also provides a continuous stream of talent, able to make an impact at all levels of the organization to develop the careers of the individual.
Qualifications required for the role:
Candidates should possess at least A minimum of B.Sc. degree (minimum upper second class) in the following areas:
Business & Social Sciences, Pharmacy, Biological sciences or engineering (mechanical, electrical, and production)
· Should be New graduates with <2 years of experience
· Should Possess a creative and analytical
It is expected of candidates for these positions demonstrate skills in the following areas:
