Cristiano Ronaldo will reportedly “prioritise a switch” to French champions Paris Saint-Germain if he decides to leave Real Madrid.

According to Le Parisien (via Sky Sports), the Portuguese superstar’s agent, Jorge Mendes, has reached a “verbal agreement with PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi,” which would see Ronaldo move to the Parc des Princes should he depart the Bernabeu.\

However, despite PSG having been linked with the 31-year-old forward for some time, it “looks increasingly unlikely” that Ronaldo will leave Real any time soon as he is reportedly set to extend his current contract with Los Blancos which expires in 2018—by “two or three years,” per Le Parisien (via Sky Sports).

Spanish football expert Guillem Balague relayed an AS article that also indicated Mendes has reached an agreement with PSG that could see the French club sign Ronaldo if they offer Real enough money:
