Live position for an AX Application Support Analyst at an exciting end user based in South West London, UK. A salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum is on offer, along with fantastic company benefits, within a market leading environment. My client is an energetic, market leading end user of Dynamics AX, who are seeking an experienced AX support analyst, with previous experience of working with the ERP software. As a market leader within their specific industry, the company is looking for a hard working, personable professional to add resource to their team on projects involving their AX 2009 system, and furthermore their IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities for this role will involve day to day user support, both over telephone and face to face, and will involve managing my clients internal IT systems at 1st/2nd line level. The role will also involve requirement gathering and design for fresh developments and integrations, making this an attractive proposition to a candidate looking to build on analysis skills.
Important skills a candidate must provide are:
- Competency in an IT support environment
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year supporting Dynamics AX (2009, 2012)
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues/ fix system bugs
- Strong communication skills and enthusiastic, personable approach to support
- A degree in an IT related field
Experience supporting users in Finance and Operations business functionality, on an international level is also a preferable skill to hold.
