My client is looking for a CRM support person to join their team of dedicated CRM professionals. This role involves providing 1st & 2nd line support for CRM systems.
The company's ethos centres on a consultative, genuine customer care, bolstered by an incredibly strong knowledge of and experience with CRM systems.
The right person for this CRM support position will share this passion and ethos and pride themselves on going the 'extra mile' for customers. The candidate will also be the beneficiary of on-going training, providing the chance to develop skill-sets and gain expertise on multiple CRM products.
How can you work for this company?
The CRM Support Consultant MUST have:
* Experience of supporting a CRM system for at least 6 months with a Business Partner or internally with an End User e.g. Goldmine CRM, Sage CRM, Sugar CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SalesLogix CRM, Maximizer CRM, ACT! CRM, Salesforce CRM, Prophet CRM
Due to the nature of this role you MUST be able to live and work in the UK by either holding a valid UK working visa or be eligible to do so by other qualifying means as my client is unable to sponsor any work permits. The salary and benefits on offer are completely dependent upon experience.
