Solution Architect - London - c.£75,000 plus Benefits and Bonus
My client is one of the fastest growing online firms in the UK with a respected and substantial Global presence. They are going through a huge expansion and have the rare opportunity for a Solution Architect experienced in developing bespoke software solutions using technologies such as ASP.NET, .NET, C# and SQL. They are looking for a results-driven candidate who has proven experience of leading teams in the successful delivery of complex, highly performing and high quality software systems.
The Solution Architect role is the keystone in the delivery of business solutions and the advancement of the firms' software technology. As the Solution Architect you are responsible for the design and technical delivery of a team of developers. You will work with business stakeholders to analyse requirements, develop ideas and design solutions whilst managing the progression of your team.

This is a full time salaried permanent position and will give the successful candidate as basic of c.£75000 plus a fully comprehensive benefits package (5 weeks holiday, bonus, pension, Healthcare, discounts, childcare vouchers).
Key Experience Required:
* Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems or related major or equivalent IT/business experience
* Proven experience of leading teams in the successful delivery of complex, highly performing and high quality software systems.
* Proven experience of leading projects through the full application life cycle
* Understanding of non-functional requirements, quality assurance and continued improvement methods
* Commitment to deliver high quality well tested software and to lead those around you to do the same
* Strong proactive leaderships skills
* Excellent multi-tasking and strong communication skills are essential
* Team development and mentoring skills
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Experience of Agile and XP practices
* Proven experience of working with business stakeholders, Product Owners and Business Analysts to analyse requirements, develop ideas and design solutions
* Minimum 3 years exposure to ASP.NET and .NET
* Significant exposure to SQL and T-SQL
* HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
* Software design patterns
* Testing (unit, integration etc.)
