My client urgently requires a Systems IT Manager to manage the IT infrastructure and perform maintenance of the existing NAV/Navision system. This role offers a great deal of variety given the diverse IT projects due to be implemented in 2013.
Your remit will be the management of the delivery of new IT projects in addition to maintain the IT infrastructure and the promoting use of the company's Navision software.
The Systems Manager would also be expected to support and train users of the MS NAV software.
Primary responsibilities:
- MS Dynamics NAV/Navision maintenance
- Identification of potential areas of improvement of the Navision system
- Implementing network security
- Internal IT management
- Report to management any areas of IT development you consider relevant to the business.
Any exposure to MS Dynamics NAV/Navision modules such as Manufacturing or Warehousing would be considered a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate will be comfortable advising company management on efficient use of the NAV system. A generous salary is on offer for this rare opportunity to combine a Dynamics position with an internal infrastructure role.
My client is willing to offer a salary of £45K-£50K for this position as well as a generous benefits package.
