A Microsoft End User is seeking a Mid level Microsoft SQL Developer for direct hire. This candidate will have 4+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, preferably SQL 2012. Ideal candidates will also have some experience with SSIS and .NET/C#.
Responsibilities:
*Maintain knowledge of the SQL Server security model
*Create & modify stored procedures, views, tables
*Read execution plans for query optimization
*Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services
*Create/Modify packages, thorough understanding of expressions, data flow tasks, configuration entries.
*Import /export data to and from text files
*Knowledge of C# in script tasks and C# Script Components
*Deploy SSIS packages to Integration Server
*Create/modify SQL Agent jobs for calling stored procedures and SSIS packages
*Microsoft Reporting Services
*Create/Modify reports, understanding of query-based parameters and shared data sets
*Microsoft ASP.NET -
*Maintain knowledge of .NET frameworks 1.1 thru 4.0
*Create/Modify ASP.NET web pages using C# language
*Monitor end user ticket requests and address any issues
Additional Requirements:
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL server (versions SQL 2000-SQL2012), and SQL Server security model
*Knowledge of C# in script tasks and C# script components
*Professional verbal and written communication skills
*Proficient with the MS BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
*Database administration experience is a plus!
