Dynamics CRM Administrator - Pewaukee, WI - $70k
We have an immediate opening for a Dynamics CRM Administrator. A client of ours is currently implementing MS Dynamics CRM 2016 and is looking for an internal resource to work alongside the IT Director to improve the in-house system. This role will be responsible for working with end users and stakeholders to make sure requirements and business processes are understood. You will work alongside the IT director and other departments during the implementation while also taking over responsibilities as Subject Matter Expert and System Manager once the implementation is complete. This role is offering the chance to guide the overall direction of the Dynamics CRM system while also being responsible for driving user adoption.
Candidates will be responsible for:
- Leading requirements gathering
- Establishing business processes
- MS CRM system configuration
- Backend SSRS reporting
Minimum Requirements:
* Great communication ability
* Customize and configure workflows, entities, dashboards, etc.
* MS Dynamics CRM; 2+ years of experience
* MS SQL Server experience for reporting
