My exclusive ERP Partner are thrilled to hire an Executive Development Manager to manage a niche collective of outstanding ERP software developments teams. This is a 360 role comprising Client facing Consultancy as well as some hands-on technical lead work where problem solving Coding contributions will be required. You will translate requirements to the team and advise best practice to resolve all efficiently and effectively. This is a fast paced and highly innovative environment that is not for the faint hearted due to the high volume on ongoing industry leading live projects but it is exceptionally rewarding and will provide phenomenal long term growth and exposure with a view to a place on the board of director's viable after 24 -36 months service accelerating to CIO level. You should possess basic project management skills , still have solid coding ability, a passion for ERP and custom development and a fantastic people management/customer-centric approach. Overall candidate components:
-10+ years ERP/ Microsoft Custom Application Development
-4+ years ERP Product Management (SAGE EVOLUTION/X3 OR Dynamics AX/GP OR SYSPRO OR SAP)
-5 + years hands-on software ERP Consultancy/Client facing experience
-Solid Solution Architecture/ Systems Analysis abilities
-Basic project management principals
-Experience managing multiple and different scale ERP/ .Net software development teams
-Coding competency across general .Net framework 4.0/c#/asp.net/sql/visual studio/css/ javascript/html
