I'm currently working with a fashion label that is switching from their Java based system to Sitecore as their WCMS. We are looking for a lead programmer to do some light design work as well as lead a team of 4 developers both on site and 4 developers off shore. We're looking for an individual with experience reporting to C-level executives, and provide guidance for junior level developers. This opportunity provides you with a chance to do some light design work, and expand upon your leadership ability whilst working with an enterprise level Sitecore project.
Pre-requisites:
-At least 1 full project lifecycles' experience of Sitecore
-Fluency in MVC/SQL Server is preferred
-Strong fluency with .Net/C#
-Management experience not necessary but will receive preferential treatment
-Strong communication skills are a must!
