Your HR related tasks:

Being the main point of contact in our London office for HR

Responsibility for the recruitment process

Support Team Leaders and Team Members regarding HR

Make sure that all HR processes are followed

Draft preparation of Payroll

Planning and implementation of marketing activities at universities

Alignment of performance management processes

Performing Exit Interviews

Support and assistance of global HR in selected topics and projects

Your Admin related tasks:

Deal with daily questions/queries from staff either by email or in person

Log sickness & holiday requests

Answering phones/dealing with visitors

Liaise with building Manager re maintenance jobs around the office

Responsible for both Photocopiers

Update & maintain all staff lists – i.e. phone, Master Staff Sheet, desk plan etc.

Pensions – administer Pension scheme / Authorise payments monthly, add or delete members

Stationery & Printing: ordering & ensuring adequate stationery available for staff needs

New Starters – take care of all new employees – liaise with Dept Managers and IT regarding desk, phone, computer, key fob etc.
