I knew when I opened the kit that I had to stamp and color the adorable monster in the kit straight away!
I used the new SSS Postage Stamp Edge Dies to die cut the vellum from the kit. I used the second largest frame. Then I trimmed one of the 6x6 patterned papers to fit on top. I stamped a greeting from the stamp set near the bottom of the patterened paper and stamped the cute little three-eyed monster on white cardstock and colored it in with colored pencils, blending with Gamsol.
I cut the monster out and glued googly eyes to him for a bit of fun.
I stamped the balloon strings using the SSS Black Ink and adhered the monster to the card.
Next I stamped the balloons using blue and pink inks and added glitter marker over each for sparkle.
I cut the balloons out and popped them up with foam adhesive. Gemstones from the kit complete this fun card!
