Humboldt is located 115 miles northwest of Des Moines on Hwy 169. Position Description

The Inside Sales Representative will assist in the sales and marketing of our line of semi trailers. You will be working out of our home office located in Humboldt, Iowa with about 25% outside traveling. You will actively close sales, provide exceptional customer service, and become an intricate component of our progressive team environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships.

Establish and develop new customers for the company in a defined geographic territory.

Responding to customer inquires; providing quotes.

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.

Following up and out calling for direct sales.

Requirements

Experience and/or Education Required for this skilled position.

Manufacturing or heavy equipment knowledge.

Possess excellent communication, phone and computer skills.

Limited travel required to make outside sale calls to dealers and trade-shows.

Must have or have the ability to obtain a CDLA.
