MEMPHIS, TN – A recruiter for the National Guard in Tennessee is being held after the shooting of three superior officers. Amos Patton was being reprimanded for misconduct, when he allegedly opened fire on his superior officers.
He has been charged with assault and carrying a weapon during a federal crime.
Authorities say the 42-year-old man ran out of the building after the attack, and was captured.
