WEST PALM BEACH —Starting this summer, bicycle rental stations will be all the rage in West Palm Beach. Planners say 14 rental stations will sport 140 bicycles. The Downtown Development Authority and the City Commission voted Tuesday to approve the rental program. A local official said it’s expected to “change the way people commute downtown.”
