The Minister for Kampala Betty Kamya has said that her sudden switch from the opposition is because the opposition did not recognize her competence and president Museveni did. ‘‘The opposition never saw my competence. If they did, they never showed it. Museveni appreciates me.’’ Betty Kamya said while on NBS tv morning Breeze show.
