Business Analyst, legal EDMS

We are seeking a high-energy, team oriented professional with electronic discovery and
litigation software support experience to join us as a Business Analyst. You
will work with clients of our eDiscovery solution. The Business Analyst will
champion high client satisfaction and own overall day-to-day management for a
portfolio of great clients.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day activities and successful delivery of eDiscovery
projects

Build and maintain relationships with top clients.

Provide expert consulting on the use and management of our
cutting-edge software suite.

Master detailed knowledge of our solutions to be able to consult
on and manage the following for clients: site configuration document
processing, workflow management during review, advanced search methods, analytics,
reporting, and production of documents.

Liaise with stakeholders; identify and document business requirements
of all projects; identify technical restrictions; risks and integration
impacts; and ensure client review and approval.

Track engagement schedules, ascertain quality assurance, and
manage scope change.

Education, Experience and Key Competencies

4+ years work experience in software consulting, professional
services, client site support, etc.

A minimum 2 years’ experience in litigation support at a law firm,
a litigation software support vendor, or corporate law department.

In-depth experience with one or more case management or litigation
support software products such as ShowCASE, DocumentDirector, TrialNet,
Gravity, TotalDiscovery, Axcelerate, Concordance, Summation, MasterFile,
Nextpoint

Deep experience with Electronic Discovery / EDD / ESI.

Exceptional analytical and logical skills.

Effective written and oral communications, in-person and by
phone/email/presentation.

Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to meet
deadlines.

Thorough knowledge of project management and information
management methodology

Positive and professional relationships with IT, engineering,
support, business, executives, etc.

The candidate must be a good team player, with the ability to work
independently and with a high degree of self-direction.

Travel up to 50% required

BA or BS degree required
