“Deepening dosti with Afghanistan. PM receives President @ashrafghani on his 2nd visit to India,” External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup tweeted along with pictures of the two leaders.
India and Afghanistan are scheduled to sign agreements following bilateral talks between the two sides.
The visiting dignitary will also deliver a speech at the Institute of Defence Studies and Analyses before paying a courtesy call on President Pranab Mukherjee in the evening.
