They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Pop princess Demi Lovato covered Adele’s new single “Hello” at Seattle’s Fall Ball held Saturday.

In a YouTube video, the 25-year-old former Disney star wowed the crowd during the emotional performance where she’s seen fighting back tears.

As for Adele, she has a performance Tuesday at Radio City Music Hall that will be recorded for a one-hour NBC special, “Adele Live in New York City” airing Dec. 14.

In an interview with “60 Minutes Australia,” the British crooner teased her new song “When We Were Young” and talked about why she shied away from the spotlight. “There was quite a long period where I didn’t believe in myself,” she says in the promo. “For the first time in my entire life I feel like I’m dealing with myself.”

The 27-year-old singer’s first album in four years “25” will be released on Nov. 20

“Hello,” is already topping charts, and breaking records on Vevo and YouTube after being released on Oct. 23.
